Questions, answered
How long does it take to make my order?
Every item is made to order, just for you. Production takes about 2–3 business days for T-shirts and shirts, 3–5 for sweatshirts, hoodies and pajamas, and up to 5–7 for doormats and all-over-print apparel. Orders are not produced or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within Germany, 3–10 within the European Union, and 10–15 for the rest of the world. Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email when your parcel is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at hello@customfolk.com as soon as possible — ideally within 12 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to change or cancel it before it enters production. Once production has started, an order can no longer be changed.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If your item is significantly different from the preview you approved, arrived damaged, or the wrong item was sent, contact us at hello@customfolk.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll reprint it or refund it — your choice.
